and official Bloxy game experiences.
By using Bloxy, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described

When you create or use an account, Bloxy may collect:

- Your password in securely hashed form. Bloxy should not store your plain-text password.

Do not put private personal information in your username, bio, uploads, game content,

With Other Users
Public profiles, avatars, uploads, comments, leaderboard entries and multiplayer
presence may be shown to other users as part of the platform.
With Game Experiences
Supported games may receive limited Bloxy account information needed for gameplay,
such as username, user identifier, saved avatar data, game-specific saved data,
inventory or multiplayer identity.
Games should only use this information for their Bloxy game features and must not
use it to harm, track or deceive users.
With Service Providers
Bloxy may use hosting, database, infrastructure, security or payment processing
providers to operate the service. If real-money payments are enabled, payment
information may be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe rather than
stored directly by Bloxy.
For Safety or Legal Reasons
Bloxy may disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse,
respond to legal requests, protect users, enforce the Terms of Service or comply
with applicable law.
6. Cookies and Login Sessions
Bloxy uses session cookies to keep users signed in and provide account features.
These cookies are necessary for account login and platform operation.
You can log out to end your current logged-in session. Clearing browser cookies may
also sign you out of Bloxy.

Bloxy is not intended for children under 13 to create accounts unless Bloxy later

Users under 18 should use Bloxy with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Users should never share their real-world address, school information, phone number,
private photographs, passwords or other sensitive personal information through Bloxy.
11. User-Created Games
Independent developers may create games hosted or launched through Bloxy. Those
games may use approved Bloxy platform features such as avatars, multiplayer identity,
saved progress, leaderboards, purchases or chat.
Developers are responsible for their game design and any additional data they request
or process outside standard Bloxy features. Bloxy may remove games that misuse player
information or violate platform rules.
12. Changes to This Policy
Bloxy may update this Privacy Policy as platform features, safety requirements or
legal obligations change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new
effective date.
Where appropriate, Bloxy may notify users or require renewed consent before certain
new uses of information take effect.
