These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Bloxy, including the website, launcher, catalog, developer tools, SDK, uploaded games, avatars, chat features and any related Bloxy services.
By creating an account, accessing Bloxy or using any Bloxy feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bloxy.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Bloxy. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Bloxy account unless Bloxy later provides a separate legally compliant child account system.
Bloxy is a game platform where users can create accounts, customize avatars, play games, communicate with other users and, where enabled, upload games or avatar items for use through the platform.
Bloxy games may be built by independent creators using supported tools such as Godot and the Bloxy SDK. A game being available on Bloxy does not mean Bloxy created, sponsors or guarantees that game unless it is clearly marked as an official Bloxy experience.
You are responsible for your account and password. Do not share your password, account session, launch tickets or any private account access information.
You agree that information you provide when creating or using an account will be accurate and not misleading. Usernames must not impersonate other people, contain prohibited content or be used for abuse.
Bloxy may suspend, restrict or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, exploit the platform or harm other users.
You must not use Bloxy to:
Bloxy may remove content, restrict features, ban accounts or report serious conduct where necessary for platform safety or legal compliance.
Bloxy may include website chat, direct messages, in-game chat, parties, comments and other social features. You are responsible for what you send or publish.
Game creators are responsible for building and managing moderation systems inside their own games where those games include player communication. Bloxy may still investigate, remove or restrict any game that enables abuse, unsafe content or violations of these Terms.
Official Bloxy experiences, including any official Bloxy Plaza or hangout game, may be directly moderated by Bloxy.
You keep ownership of original games, code, artwork, audio and other content that you create and upload to Bloxy.
By uploading a game or related content, you give Bloxy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, copy, display, distribute and launch that content through Bloxy for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform and making your uploaded game available to users.
You promise that you own the uploaded content or have permission to upload and distribute it through Bloxy. You must not upload copyrighted games, stolen assets, leaked builds, malicious code or content that violates another person's rights.
Bloxy may inspect, reject, unpublish or remove uploaded games at any time, including for security, technical, legal, moderation or quality reasons.
Users may be able to upload faces, shirts, pants, accessories, bundles or other avatar content to the Bloxy catalog. You keep ownership of your original designs, but give Bloxy permission to store, display, sell, distribute and render those items inside Bloxy and supported Bloxy games.
Catalog items must not contain stolen artwork, hateful symbols, explicit sexual material, scams, malicious files or content that violates the rights of others.
Bloxy may remove or disable catalog items that break these rules. Items removed for rule violations may not be eligible for refunds or creator payouts except where required by applicable law.
Bloxy may use a virtual currency called Blocks. Blocks may be used for avatar items, in-game products, upload fees or other platform features.
Blocks are platform credits for use inside Bloxy. They are not money, cryptocurrency, a bank balance or an investment. Blocks cannot be sold or transferred outside approved Bloxy systems unless Bloxy expressly provides such a feature.
Prices, platform fees and creator earning rules may be shown at the time of a purchase or upload. Bloxy may change future pricing or fee structures, but changes will not retroactively remove completed ownership without a valid safety, legal or fraud-related reason.
Where real-money purchases become enabled, refund rights will be handled according to applicable law, payment processor rules and the purchase information shown at checkout.
You must not reverse engineer platform protections for the purpose of cheating, steal session data, forge tickets, manipulate Blocks, bypass game restrictions, attack servers, distribute malicious files or attempt to access another user's account.
Developers must not use the Bloxy SDK or platform systems to steal user information, execute malicious behaviour, deceive players or interfere with Bloxy security.
Bloxy may collect technical logs and investigate suspicious behaviour to protect users, games and platform systems.
Bloxy may review reports, messages, uploads, games, catalog items and account activity when necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users.
Bloxy may warn users, remove content, remove games, disable catalog items, restrict accounts or permanently ban users. Serious illegal conduct may be referred to the appropriate authorities or service providers.
Users may contact Bloxy through the Support page regarding account or moderation issues.
Bloxy is under development. Features may change, break, be removed or become temporarily unavailable. Games may go offline, servers may be restarted and user-created content may stop working after platform updates.
Bloxy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of uploaded content or continued support for every game build or SDK version.
Bloxy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Bloxy does not guarantee that every user-created game, upload, message or item is safe, accurate or suitable for every user.
To the extent permitted by law, Bloxy and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, unavailable servers, lost progress, user-created content or interactions with other users.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Bloxy may update these Terms as the platform changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a significant change requires renewed agreement, Bloxy may ask users to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.
